Released From PT

Sam had his last check up yesterday with the lady from the Rehabilitation Center. He has completely recovered from his torticollis, and is advancing like he's supposed to. So, they kicked him out! Yea! She was really impressed with how well the shape of his head has recovered. When we started physical therapy, at 3 months old I think, the right side of his little head was so flat. And he always had his head tilted to the right. My goofy husband, would sing that Beyonce song, "To the Left, To the Left, constantly to little Sam. But he just could not turn his head that way. Once we started therapy we learned that we had to stretch his neck muscles to teach him to lift his head up right. I was so scared his little head wasn't going to be right, but it has rounded out and looks good now. She said he had one of the best recoveries from torticollis that she had seen.
