Well. You know you're sick when your husband tells the nurse in the hospital, "If she'd been a horse, we'd have put 'er down."
It's been a long horrible week, but I'm back home with my family and slowly feeling a little closer to normal. Been sick since last Sunday night. Ended up in the ER on Wednesday morning, thinking I just needed some fluids to rehydrate me. Then ended up being admitted to the hospital thanks to crazy lab work and wierd little ER doctors. By the time I was released last night, my actual doctor was certain I had a gallbladder problem and it should just come out. Watch what I eat until it does. However, this afternoon, the results of the sonogram showed nothing wrong with the gallbladder, so who knows. I'll do more labwork next week and try to keep foods down. I've had three solid meals since last Sunday, so eating is a little scary right now!
Whatever is or was going on, I'm just glad to be home. My wonderful, wonderful husband has got to be the most stressed out, tired man out there today. He's been so great this week. Being Mr. Mom and doing everything for the boys while taking care of me too. He's done absolutely everything this week by himself. I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful man I'm lucky enough to call my husband.
And also thanks to my momma who came and held my hair back for me on Tuesday with a wet cold wash cloth. The only one brave enough to come around someone that sick, haha, guess it's a momma thing. Love you mom.
